PREPARATION & APPLICATION:
Surface Preparation: (Referred to the D.T.U. 59.1 requirements): The surface must be well prepared, perfectly dry, dust-free, with no humidity and salt stains.
Application Tools: roller or brush
Dilution: 5 to 10 % water for brush & roller
Application method: Apply the first coat of ODAVINYL diluted up to 10% with roller or brush
2nd coat : After 3 hours of drying apply the 2nd coat of ODAVINYL diluted up to 5%
Spreading-rate: 7 to 8 sqm/kg
Drying: Dust free : ½ h
Touch dry : 1 h
re-coatable : 3h
Cleaning of equipments: With water, immediately after use
Density: 1.65 +/- 0.05
PH : 7.5 / 8.5
Viscosity: 550 +/- 50 Po at 25°C
Binder: Copolymer dispersion
VOC: Less than 1 g/L (requirement according to the repository Ecolabel EU: 10g/L)
Appearance of the film: Smooth, matt finish
Colour: Available in white, can be tinted with ODATEINTE (do not exceed 5%) or according to colour card
Storage: One year in the closed paint can, as delivered. Store inside in conditions avoiding extremes of temperatures and protect from frost.
the support must be hard, cohesive, clean, sound and dry. It is not advisable to apply below 5°C (41°F) temperature and above 85 % relative humidity level.
