On a substrate already prepared with PRIMER DECOFONDO in the chosen shade and left to dry for approx. 4 hours. Apply OPERLA to an area of 1 to 2m2 using a spatula. After 10 to 20 minutes drying time, gently smooth the applied surface using the special OPERLA spatula.
