DESCRIPTION:

ODAFER is an anticorrosive primer in aqueous phase for metals containing no toxic substances.

PREPARATION & APPLICATION:

Surface Preparation: (Referred to the D.T.U. 59.1 requirements): The surface must be well prepared, perfectly dry, dust-free, with no humidity and salt stains.

Application Tools: roller or brush

Dilution: Ready to use

Application method: Apply the 1st coat of undiluted ODAFER After 3 hours of drying
apply the 2nd coat of undiluted ODAFER Top Coat Apply the ODALAC paint (see ODALAC TDS)

Spreading-rate: 5-6 sqm/L

Drying: Dust free : 1h
Touch dry : 3h

Cleaning of equipments: With water, immediately after use

the support must be hard, cohesive, clean, sound and dry. It is not advisable to apply below 5°C (41°F) temperature and above 85 % relative humidity level.
