Apply PRIMER DECOLISS and allow to dry for 4 hours. Apply the first coat of VELORIA with a roller, removing any roller strokes with a spalter. Leave to dry for 4 to 5 hours. Apply a second coat of VELORIA with the spalter (random movements). Finally, smooth with the spalter for a soft, smooth feel.
